Hyderabad: Madhusudhan Reddy a realtor who was missing since a week, was found murdered in an independent house at Sai Aishwarya colony in Medipally on Friday. S Madhusudhan Reddy, 34years resident of Gayatri Nagar, Medipallyleft his home on July 5 afternoon along with a person, who had reportedly approached him to purchase a plot in his venture, and did not return home police said. Since he did not come back home and his mobile was switched off, his wife Madhulathalodged a complaint with Medipally police. She also expressed doubts that he could havebeen abducted by his younger brother Jaganmohan Reddy to settle property disputes. Tobegin with, the police booked a `missing’ case and began probe.On Friday, the police broke open house no-67 of Sai Aishwarya Colony after neighbours complained of foul smell emanating from the house. Inside was the body of Madhusudhan Reddy in a highly decomposed state. “ He was murdered. His throat was slit and headsmashed with a blunt instrument. The murder could have taken place on the same day Madhusudhan Reddy was kidnapped on July 5,” Medipally inspector R Krishna Prasadtold.Police said Jaganmohan Reddy, the brother of the deceased and prime suspect, had takenthe Sai Aishwarya Colony house, where the body was found, on rent from one retiredmilitary officer B Satyanarayana on June 26.
